ey guys, I know this one might sound like VERY basic but I am quite puzzled with this bird my girlfriend videoed this morning in Nassau (Bahamas)... it is clearly a seedeater type but not knowing right away what it was I went through all Passerellidae, Thraupidae, Fringillidae and the like on Birds of the World and can't find a decent match... our mate Luis Gles suggested Black-faced Grassquit but I am still not convinced as per size/shape/color of that -chunky!- bill, and overall length of the bird and larger tail size relative to its -not so chunky- body... am I overlooking here something super common and easy I guess!!!? THANKS for your comments and please forgive the mobile phone crappy quality of video: https://web.facebook.com/670093516/videos/1947222935462884/
