I thought this was a juvenile Red-shoulded Hawk, but I was told it's not. Can someone help me with an ID? This was in Feb 2021 in upstate NY right along the PA border, just outside this bird's yearlong range. Any help would be great. It drives me bananas when I can't ID a bird. You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
