    We have lots of wild turkeys in our area of Concord, CA. Many have some white on the wings, but not as much as yours. Very striking bird! Was it alone?  I usually see them in groups. Wild Turkey DSCN0451 Wild Turkey DSCN0457

    @Frankie There is a duck that lives in a park near us in Concord, CA along with many ducks and geese, feral and wild. I think it's a Muscovy Duck, too? It's very friendly, and follows people around hoping for handouts.Muscovy Duck DSC_0331

    I often have trouble deciding between American Crow and Raven--what course did you take to learn the identification?  Sounds like a good birding day!
