    It looks like a Black-throated Green Warbler. A Yellow-throated Vireo would have a thicker bill, yellow "spectacles," an entirely yellow throat and upper chest with no black markings below, and no dark streaks on the chest and flanks.

    Yes, you nailed it! The white rump is an additional indication that this is a Northern Harrier. Nice shot!
