ok at the risk of sounding ridiculous this technical issue has eaten my whole paragraph so I will reply to myself and rewrite my question. In the winter of February 2022 I counted 20 Eagles wintering on the Thames river  Ontario outside of London. In a landscape that goes from luscious Carolinian forest to a frozen landscape the area is rich and diverse with tons of blue herons  and lots of birds im told are not here. So little known fact the Thames actually has a number of Coho salmon who have no inprint for spawning having been stocked in the Great Lakes so they find their way up the Thames to the delight of my many eagle friends. There are many times I have been witness to the eagles diving and catching their meals right infront of my eyes. Recently I saw a beautiful mature Golden Eagle which was spectacular and it is always this time of year that I have a lot of juveniles oddballs that I have trouble figuring out. Yesterday I captured this juvenile and my regular bald eagles on the river the question being what eagles are other people seeing on the Thames River Ontario? I know about now 30 mins from our house a whole load of Golden Eagles will be passing through at Hawks Cliff and I would love to see them. So people lets here about our Thames haven of Eagles.
