Bird Academy’s Satisfaction Guarantee

Our educators and bird experts take pride in the courses they create. If you’re not satisfied with your course material for ANY reason, contact us within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. If you pre-purchase courses during early-bird periods, you have 60 days following start of the course to request a refund.

Gift certificates are non-refundable. If a giftee wishes to take advantage of Bird Academy’s Satisfaction Guarantee they can contact us to get help switching their enrollment to another course.
