      I can see with both eyes, but they have never worked together.  I have a Gosky 12x55HD monocular.  Can this be a suitable substitute for binoculars for folks with a vision handicap like mine?

      Oh I'm dissapointed nobody has answered this question! I'm in the same situation, I grew up with casual birders and binoculars, but I just used a monocular for the first time today and found it so much easier. I'd like to hear from people who have spent more time birding and may be aware of the pros and cons.
