I don't think Bird Academy has an article on this, but I think you'll find this page from Birdability super useful. They mention a list of resources and apps below the "Tips for birding if you have low vision" section: https://www.birdability.org/birders-who-are-blind-or-have-low-vision I have also heard a lot of folks find Merlin very useful, as Joan mentions. I don't know whether it can be navigated with a screen reader, but there is also a very large archive of bird songs on Macaulay Library that are available for free. I have low vision and use Merlin bird sound on my phone. I find it helpful and accurate, as long as there is not loud background noise.
