I collect bird books, and I have two copies of the 1947 Peterson Birds of America. It was previously  owned and written in, which brings down the value, but it was fascinating because there were field notes on slips of paper and a note about other things. The life list was filled out, which was cool because we got to see locations and date of when birds were seen. One note was a list from Point Lobos, California from March 1984. Lots of shorebirds and sparrows. Another was a description of a pair of house finches on a lilac bush. Does anyone know how I can submit this data to eBird without it being from my account?
