i  from india and im pretty sure that i found a white tailed kite near my house. i know that they belong to north america. but i did some research and found out that 2 of them were sighted in england. so i thought it might have been possible for it to come to india. i actually saw it very close. red eyes, white body, black wings, yellow beak and looking like a mix of an eagle and an owl. i tried to find out what it was and then i saw a white tailed kie and it resembled  the bird i saw so much. please do respond if this can be true. thanking you.....
