1. My impetus for taking this class is like an octopus. The main body which is the most prominent is the P Syndrome (perfectionist) I struggle with. I want to be kinder and more gentle with myself and be able to just enjoy any efforts I achieve in my journal. 2. My favorite nature journalists are Cathy Johnson and John Muir Law. They use the same techniques so many of the journalists in the videos do. 3. I am tactile and love color, so I am always picking up leaves, flowers, feathers, etc. and putting them in my journals.
