I am inspired by bird and nature music. I like the song, Golden Bird, and Free Bird. So I have gotten into experimenting with art/music, that is bird related/inspired. I like birds, especially, because they are different from all other animals. I also like, and studied, Praying Mantis. My favorite birds are, Green Heron/Ibis/Osprey.

this is a sparrow, in a nature scene, I noticed from my steps. I saw the sparrow, which was far away. I drew as ZOOM, portion, to show it in detail. It is some form of a Sparrow. With streaks, and stripes in its' crown.

....this is, fittingly, a painted egg, and a napkin holder. Not quite a bird, but bird related. Yet, not a real egg, a painted ornamental egg. I used a red pencil, as highlights. And a pen, as a core shadow/darkest points. O.k.-O.k.

I Like drawing birds, because you can be abstract/real at the same time. Drawing a car/person has to be perfect, sometimes with birds, you can be a bit more free. I am o.k. as a sketch artist, but need to get better at a 'scientific style.' -bjorn.

I have seen pigeons, going from one house to the other. Crossing/Flying over the streets. Always the same two houses, for months/years. I have seen some crows' nests, in the center/top, of trees. I have never seen a huge roost/flock of crows. Always 10-15 max.
