Here's my continued practice. I had a gorgeous picture of this guy a few years ago and always wanted to paint it. I'm also planning to repaint a bluebird painting I did before I took the course and compare the before and after.

So much fun to paint a cardinal. We see lots of them were I live. Never realized just how much variation there was on a cardinal. Had a hard time with the feet. Going to have to practice on them.

Got this course as an early Christmas present and have learned so much from it. The wings transparency drove me crazy but overall I'm happy with how it looks.

Doing mine digitally on Photoshop. Same as you trying to stay true to the process as much as I can. I'm excited to get to the painting.
