I am reading more about birds and just want to know more about there nature. I didn’t know that they played such a big part in pollinating. MarcelParticipantA couple American Goldfinch in my garden on Oct 14. The plumage is a lot different then the goldfinch in spring or summer. They were picking seeds that I had thrown in there. MarcelParticipantActivity 1. My two birds that I have been seeing in the backyard lately are the Black capped chickadee and the white crown sparrow. The chickadee is more of a plump bird as the sparrow looks like it is standing tall with more of a neck then the chickadee.in reply to: Activities: Bird ID Practice #915641

MarcelParticipantI love the bird app too. That is the app that got me interested in birding. Didn’t take long for me to decide to get a half decent camera and lense so I could take better pictures then what my iPhone could take.in reply to: Activities: Keeping Track of Your Birdwatching #914326
