You gave someone a course or a gift certificate from Bird Academy and they haven’t received it
If you bought a gift certificate or a course as a gift for someone else and the giftee has not received it, try the following steps:
- Spam folder: Ask the giftee to look in their email spam folder. Some email providers will move Bird Academy emails to the spam folder.
- Promotions and Updates folders: If the giftee has a Gmail email address, ask them to look in their Promotions and Updates folders.
- Search their email: Ask the giftee to search their email for “gift on the Cornell Lab’s Bird Academy”.
Most of the time one of these steps will solve the problem. If you’ve tried these steps and the giftee still can’t find their gift email, please contact customer service and we will find another way to fix this.
