Payment Methods

• Saving a payment method is required for purchasing a subscription to BirdWise and is optional for other purchases, such as gifts and courses.
• Once a payment method is saved, it can be used for any purchase on Bird Academy.
• Payments for membership or Birds of the World are handled in a separate manner.

Adding Payment Methods

• Sign into Bird Academy.
• Navigate to the Payment Methods page.
• Click the Add Payment Method button.
• Enter your card information and click the Add Payment Method button.

Changing Payment Methods

• Sign into Bird Academy.
• Navigate to the Subscriptions page.
• Click the View button on your active subscription.
• Click the Change Payment button.
• Click the Use a new card option and enter your card information. Then, click the Change Payment Method button.

Deleting Payment Methods

• Sign into Bird Academy.
• Navigate to the Payment Methods page.
• Click the Delete button on the row of the payment method you wish to delete.
• Note that if a payment method is currently being used for a subscription, it will need to be switched to a new payment method before being deleted.
